  The cheese pizza was over cooked and also hard to chew.

  The dining area was filthy, floor was full of table scraps and the tables were filled with dirty dishes. Very few clean tables for seating. Short of help, one lady was trying to handle cash register and delivering special orders. She also was handling requests to replace items on food bars.

  Absolutely the worst customer service especially from management. We have ordered numerous times trying to give the benefit of the doubt but every time we have ordered and go to pick up our order is never ready and has not even been started. I have been sitting at the drive thru window and not a single person comes over. I have to call from my car to get someone to come to the window. Then the manager just tries to make excuses stating they are short handed or they misplaced our order .....every time!?!? All the manager says is sorry it is what it is! Literally her words. Last time it was a hour after our pizza was suppose to be done before we even got our order. They didn't even start it when we got there to pick it up they waited another 20 minutes! Horrible service all the way around.

  Very disappointed. Had reserved the party room for our group of 25-30 but it was given to someone else. When I arrived I was told they would reserve the back corner for us instead but then it was left up to me to tell other customers that the space was reserved.

  The place was very busy, but food selections were not being replaced. So people were wandering around trying to find the food they wanted. There was a very long line at cashier and only one person Helping people pay and get their cups. The servers were trying, but it wasn’t the best experience.
